Ingredients

2 large carrots chopped
4 cups Yukon Gold potatoes chopped

4 cups kale chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
