Ingredients
2 packages refrigerated cheese tortellini
8 oz cream cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
3. Stir the melted mixture until smooth. Add the tortellini and Parmesan cheese. Gently stir to coat.
4. Cover again and cook on low for another 30 to 40 minutes, until the tortellini is tender.
5. Garnish with parsley and optional red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
You can add cooked chicken or shrimp in the last 15 minutes for extra protein.
Use refrigerated tortellini for best results; frozen works with added time.
Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to maintain the creamy texture.
