Ingredients
12 ounces spaghetti
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
3. Add the cooked chicken and spaghetti into the creamy sauce and toss until evenly coated.
4. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly into it.
5. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
7. Garnish with green onions or chives, if using, and serve hot.
Notes
Make sure to cook pasta just to al dente to avoid mushiness after baking.
Softened cream cheese blends better; bring it to room temp before mixing.
Leftovers reheat best when covered and baked gently or microwaved with a splash of milk.
