Ingredients
10 fresh jalapeños
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds/ribs.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
3. Fill each pepper half with the mixture.
4. Top with crumbled bacon and press lightly to stick.
5. Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
