Ingredients
1.5 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet (0.87 oz) brown gravy mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
12 ounces egg noodles
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Lightly grease the slow cooker insert or spray with non-stick spray.
2. Place beef into the slow cooker.
3. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy mix, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir well to combine.
5. Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until beef is fork-tender.
6. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into the crockpot during the last 15 minutes and cook on high until thickened.
7. While gravy thickens, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
8. Serve beef tips and gravy over egg noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.
