Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
1/2 cup basil pesto
6 slices salami
6 slices pepperoni
6 slices deli ham
6 slices provolone cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
Instructions
1. Split rolls in half and place bottom halves on baking sheet.
2. Spread pesto over bottom buns.
3. Layer with salami, pepperoni, then ham.
4. Add provolone slices on top of meats.
5. Toss lettuce with vinaigrette and add over cheese.
6. Spread mayo on inside of top buns and place over lettuce.
7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and parmesan; brush over tops.
8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more.
9. Let rest, slice, and serve warm.
