1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1 ¼ cups buttermilk

2 large eggs

4 oz cream cheese

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
