Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

3 large yellow onions

1 cup orzo pasta

1 ½ cups shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese

2 ½ cups beef broth

½ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

¼ cup white wine

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
