Description

Craving buttery, bakery-style garlic knots at home? These Homemade Garlic Knots are golden on the outside, pillowy on the inside, and soaked in a garlic-parsley butter that will have your kitchen smelling like a dream. Perfect for weeknight dinners, holiday appetizers, or party snacks — this quick bread side checks every box for flavor, ease, and comfort.

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan

1 teaspoon sea salt flakes

Instructions

1. Divide dough into equal golf ball-sized pieces.

2. Roll each into a rope, tie into a knot, and tuck ends.

3. Let rise for 30–45 minutes under a towel.

4. Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden.

5. Melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley.

6. Brush baked knots immediately with garlic butter.

7. Finish with a second coat of butter, Parmesan, and sea salt before serving.

Notes

Use store-bought dough for speed or homemade for extra love.

Reheat in oven to keep crisp edges — microwave makes them soft.

Freeze after baking; reheat straight from frozen in under 10 minutes.
