Ingredients
12 ounces smoked sausage
1.5 pounds baby potatoes
12 ounces green beans

1 teaspoon garlic powder

0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large sheet pan.
2. Slice the sausage into thick coins. Cut the potatoes into quarters. Trim the ends from the green beans.
3. In a large bowl, toss potatoes and green beans with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
