Ingredients

1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

1 English cucumber, sliced into thick coins

1 cup mozzarella pearls

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup fresh basil, chiffonade cut


Instructions

1. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and cut the cucumber into thick coins.

2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, and mozzarella pearls.

3. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.

4. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
