Ingredients

0.5 cup unsalted butter

0.5 cup granulated sugar

0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 large egg

0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

0.25 cup all-purpose flour

8 oz cream cheese

0.25 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

0.33 cup salted caramel sauce

0.33 cup melted dark or semi-sweet chocolate

flaky sea salt, for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a mini muffin pan with liners or spray with non-stick spray.

2. Melt butter and combine with granulated sugar and cocoa powder. Mix in egg and vanilla, then fold in flour.

3. Scoop 1 tablespoon brownie batter into each of 24 mini muffin cups. Press gently to form base.

4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.

5. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheesecake filling over each brownie base.

6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until centers are just set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

7. Drizzle caramel and melted chocolate over each bite. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for a creamier texture.

Allow bites to chill fully before drizzling with toppings.

Store undecorated bites in the freezer for up to 2 months.
