Ingredients
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini marshmallows
0.5 cup M&M candies
0.5 cup chocolate chips (mini or regular)
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Let the mixture cool for 2 minutes, then gently fold in marshmallows, M&Ms, and chocolate chips (reserving some for topping).
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Press reserved M&Ms and chocolate chips on top.
7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
8. Once set, lift from the pan using parchment overhang and slice into 36 squares.
Notes
Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly before adding marshmallows to keep their shape.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temp or refrigerate for firmer fudge.
Freeze in layers between parchment for longer storage—up to 3 months.
