Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate (chopped or chips)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it for easy removal.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine 3 cups of white chocolate, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir until smooth and melted.
3. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
4. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
5. Spoon 1/4 cup raspberry preserves over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
6. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips if using.
7. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
8. Once firm, lift from pan and cut into 36 small squares.
