Description

Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are a quick dinner idea packed with juicy ground beef, melty cheddar, and rich garlic butter wrapped in golden baked dough. This easy recipe is perfect for busy weeknights, family dinner plans, party food spreads, and comfort food cravings when you want fun food ideas without a lot of fuss. Whether you need easy dinner inspiration, simple game day snacks, or a crowd-pleasing handheld meal, these cheesy rollups bring big flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tube pizza dough

3 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp yellow mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet or lightly grease a baking dish.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.

3. Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

4. Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

6. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the cheese.

7. Roll the dough up tightly from the long side into a log.

8. Slice into 8 even rollups and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet or dish.

9. Mix the melted butter with the remaining 1 clove garlic and chopped parsley, then brush it over the tops of the rollups.

10. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

11. Let the rollups rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Use freshly cooked and well-drained beef so the filling stays rich without making the dough soggy.

Let the filling cool slightly before rolling so the dough stays easier to handle and bakes more evenly.

For the best texture, reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer instead of the microwave.
