Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Candy tombstones, gummy worms, or Halloween Oreos for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed zip bag with a rolling pin.
2. In a cold bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until creamy.
4. Gently fold in the whipped cream to keep the mixture light and airy.
5. Layer crushed Oreos and cream filling in small cups, repeating as needed.
6. Top with more cookie crumbs and spooky decorations.
7. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps.
Only add toppings right before serving to keep them crisp and colorful.
For extra chocolate depth, stir in mini chips or use flavored Oreos.
