Ingredients
30 soft caramel candies
60 mini pretzels
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon flaky sea salt
2 tablespoons toffee bits or crushed pecans
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out 30 pretzels in a single layer.
2. Place one caramel candy on each pretzel. Microwave in 10-second intervals until softened (about 30 seconds total).
3. Press a second pretzel on top of each caramel to form sandwiches.
4. Freeze the tray for 10 minutes to set the caramel.
5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second bursts until melted, stirring each time.
6. Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway or fully into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment.
7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and toffee bits or crushed pecans while chocolate is wet.
