Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Fold in spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.

4. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

6. Let cool slightly and serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

Make sure to fully drain the spinach to prevent excess moisture.

Use block Parmesan and shred it fresh for best flavor.

Bake in a bread bowl for an extra fun presentation.
