Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes
1 pound ground beef
2 cups beef broth
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
2. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside and keep warm.
3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
